Pregnancy Package:
A Guide to Childbirth and Parenthood

Beginning at about 25 weeks

Session 1
Focuses on movement and mindfulness. Yoga during pregnancy relieves physical discomforts as well as anxiety helping a mamma to cultivate physical and mental strength and stamina. Abdominal toning and pelvic floor awareness are introduced.

Session 2
Focuses on preparing the heart and home for Baby’s arrival. Meditations, breath practices and aromatherapy are introduced for labor, birth and parenthood. Organize and clear the home’s energy plus develop strategies for self-care rituals. Discuss infant care including infant massage.

Session 3
Focuses on childbirth education and preparation by exploring the stages of labor, comfort measures, how to navigate the hospital setting and the first hour of Baby’s life. Mamma’s partner is encouraged to attend.

Prenatal Yoga

With regular practice, learn to listen deeply to your body as well as your intuition while cultivating strength and confidence. Movement and postures aid circulation and digestion while improving sleep and relieving physical discomforts. Abdominal and pelvic floor toning cultivate awareness and keep you feeling fit during pregnancy and well prepared for birth.

Consistent breath practices reduce fear and anxiety so you can remain calm and focused while connecting with your child. Use mindfulness and meditation to ground and center yourself while reducing the stress hormones adrenaline and cortisol. Every session also includes practical childbirth education. Embody and celebrate your beauty and power during this sacred time.

A healthy family begins even before birth. With prenatal yoga, a woman transforms by cultivating strength and confidence while learning to surrender. Baby also receives the benefits of the practice and is often born calm and alert. When a woman is healthy and happy and feels confident and supported, her family grows from a place of love.

Childbirth Education &
Preparation Course for Couples

Ensuring a calm and conscious birth

In this comprehensive session, an expectant mom and partner learn practical tools and strategies to create a calm and conscious birth. Learning about the stages of labor and how to best manage them dispels fear and anxiety.

Parents-to-be also explore comfort measures and other strategies including acupressure, aromatherapy and massage to reduce fear and pain. Learn how to best navigate the hospital environment too. This fun and interactive session teaches you how to confidently make the best decisions for your family.

Session lasts about 2-3 hours.



Labor & Birth
Doula Care

With Stephanie’s expert doula care, confidently prepare for your calm and conscious birth, beginning at about 25 weeks. With several home visits that include movement, mediation and childbirth education, equip and empower yourself, physically, mentally and spiritually for labor, birth and parenthood. The path to parenthood is a sacred one. With mindfulness training throughout, parents-to-be can confidently make the best decisions for their family.

Dedicated to providing the best care throughout your birth journey and after more than ten years as a doula, and having attended more than 50 births, Stephanie accepts a limited number of clients/year and is a knowledgeable and compassionate resource who helps you make informed decisions from a place of power. Stephanie is present from the onset of active labor until Baby is born and returns to your home for postnatal followup care.
